ELIGIBILITY: LocalSalesLink.com Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years old and older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Not open to employees, officers or directors, or to members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household of any of the foregoing, of LocalSalesLink, LLC (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, retailers, resellers, advertising or promotion agencies, promotional partners as well as any other agencies or companies involved in this Sweepstakes promotion. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects of the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: of the Sweepstakes will begin on 6/31/09 at 12 a.m. Eastern Time and ending on 7/30/09 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.LocalSalesLink.com and follow the links and instructions for posting a need. After you have submitted the registration form, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more one entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The account holder is the person assigned the e-mail address by the e-mail provider for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. To Enter the Sweepstakes without creating a need: As an alternate free means of entry, you may send a 3” x 5” card including your handwritten name, full address, phone number, email address and date of birth to: LocalSalesLink, attn: LocalSalesLink Gift Card Giveaway, PO Box 19642, Kalamazoo, MI 49019. All entries must be mailed separately, postmarked by 7/30/09, and received by 8/07/09 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Office Rules. The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/8/09 and the winner will be notified within 60 days. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email using the contact information given at the time of entry or enrollment of sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries.

PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) prize will be awarded to one winner. Prize consists of: One (1) Gift Card in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The retail value of prize for each winner is one hundred dollars ($100). Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the retail value of the prize for the tax year in which the prize was won.

All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may award a substitute prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value if any prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason in its sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Sweepstakes is open to over 100 million persons in the United States. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of any prize, and for any other fees or costs not specifically included in the prize description in these Official Rules. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within forty eight (48) hours of receipt. Guest must also sign a Publicity/Liability release with such period. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in any form of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, notification or approval. Further entrants agree (for themselves and for entrants’ heirs, executors, and administrators) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and costs (including without limitation attorneys’ fees) from such person who attempted these acts to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or security of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor’s sole discretion. . If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of impairment warranting such termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless, GlobeFunder Receivable Solutions, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, retailers, resellers, advertising or promotion agencies, promotional partners as well as any other agencies or companies involved in this Sweepstakes promotion, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s computer system which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, network lines, hardware, software or program malfunctions, printing errors or other errors, failures or delays or any other technical errors related to computers, servers and providers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, undeliverable or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees or costs. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. If an entrant’s entry is proved to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is being added to the Sweepstakes with another entry; provided that if it is not possible to award another entry for any reason, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from all eligible entries received up the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that technical problems or any other reason, cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among the eligible, un-awarded prize claims.

DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of participation with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court located in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees or costs associated with the lawsuit. Entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not all the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential dames, so the above may not apply to you. All issues or concerns regarding the validity, construction and enforceability of these Official Rules , or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with these Sweepstake, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

WINNER’S NAME/OFFICIAL RULES: For the name of the winner available after 8/15/09, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to LocalSalesLink Sweepstakes Winner, PO Box 19642, Kalamazoo, MI 49019. All such requests must be received no later than 9/15/09. These Official Rules will be posted on www.LocalSalesLink.com.
